Refund And Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Property365. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled for our services. By purchasing a subscription to Property365, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All subscriptions purchased for Property365 are non-refundable. Once a subscription has been successfully purchased, no refund, whether full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances. This applies regardless of usage, non-usage, accidental purchase, or early cancellation of the subscription.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. A cancellation will stop the subscription from renewing for the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not reverse or cancel the current active subscription period that has already been paid for.

3. Auto-Renewal

Property365 subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you should cancel it before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.

4. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscribed services until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated by Property365. After the current billing period ends, your subscription benefits and access to paid features may be discontinued.
